The Image You Missed
Drawing on over 30 years of never-seen-before footage THE IMAGE YOU MISSED (2018) interweaves the story of the Northern Irish ‘Troubles’ with the story of an Irish filmmaker grappling with the legacy of his documentarian father.
What follows is a revealing contrast between two men, born into different political movements, different experiences of nationalism and different claims of personal responsibility.
