Covid 19 Visitor Attendance Policy – June 2022 Update

As cases rise again, we must all continue to remain extremely vigilant and on our guard against any cases of Covid 19 and its variants occurring in our facilities for the foreseeable future.

• We still encourage all our clients to keep attendance in Windmill to a minimum and where possible continue to work remotely on their projects with us.  
• Reasonable notice must be given for any attendance, to give ample time for preparation of suites, testing if necessary, cleaning down, and rostering of remote working staff to attend.
• It is important to arrive on time for the session/meeting/presentation and no more than five minutes beforehand.
• Every visitor entering Windmill must sign in on arrival and sign out on departure.
• Whilst not obligatory, visitors to Windmill are encouraged to wear face masks whilst in the facility and Covid 19 hygiene protocols should be strictly followed.
• Please note all these guidelines are subject to constant review in line with national HSE guidelines and we will review this policy again in September 2022.
