Bulmers – Alchemy of the Orchard
As part of the Bulmers ‘When Time Bears Fruit’ platform, creative agency Goosebump developed a new ALCHEMY OF THE ORCHARD campaign.
Goosebump and production company Ponder asked us to work with them to add some magic to the spot by creating enchanted ivy that comes to life to play an old piano in the middle of the Bulmers orchard.
They sourced a real vintage piano and shot it beautifully in the orchard and then handed it over to us to add the magical elements.
We rebuilt the piano in 3D to generate its internal workings then we projected the live footage onto the 3D model and animated photo-real textured ivy vines, pulling and touching the piano keys. We lit the whole piece to match the mystical moody atmosphere to reveal some elements…while leaving others to the viewer’s imagination.
