Price of Desire
The Price of Desire tells the controversial story of how Le Corbusier effaced and defaced Eileen Gray's moral right to be recognized as the author of her work and as one of the most forceful and influential inspirations of a century of modern architecture and design.
This body of work about the plight of Eileen Gray is an evocative dialogue heavy piece. With such a strong narrative to be portrayed, Fionan had to carefully balance the dialogue soundscape alongside the music sequences in order to ensure clarity - whilst all the while creating suspense/drama. It was a pleasure to craft the beautiful Foley when building the atmospheric scenes which are all set in the South of France.
